I have a discrepancy in my invoicing, what do I do?

If you are a reseller, you full well know, one month you will have a devoted client. The next month, they’re gone. Situations like these may cause some confusion when it comes to the billing process. However, we have the tools in place to easily overcome any discrepancies there may be.

When you have a billing issue, please consult your dedicated Business Development Manager. Yes, you probably have a healthy line of communication through your Customer Service Specialist. However, anything to do with pricing and billing necessarily channels through the BDM. With your cooperation, they have the authoritative voice to amend and augment the ongoing contract between us and you.
