Aside from the custom templates available to all of Locafy’s customers, clients may wish to have a custom template built for their campaign. When this happens, we are happy to accommodate their request. The following is the step-by-step process for CSMs to follow for custom builds.
Step 1. Notify the Operations Product Manager
Give the OPM a heads up. Notify them of the client's intent. This will help them coordinate their resources for the project.
Step 2. Gather information from the Client.
Typically, a client is able to input all of the necessary information for a campaign directly into the dashboard. In order to support the production team, collect the company information, keywords, and locations.
Step 3. Coordinate Meeting
In order to capture the client's aims and what they would like included in the custom template, organize a meeting with yourself, the client, and the assigned team member from the production team.
Step 4. Create a shared doc for content writing.
Create the document and, including the client, invite all necessary stakeholders for editing and production reasons.
Step 5. Create a HubSpot ticket
If you need to, consult How to create a ticket. Include all the resources necessary for completing the task and assign the Operations Specialist delegated to this task.
